Getting a handle on stress will significantly help your adrenal glands when it comes to your longevity. The reason the adrenal glands get stressed, and “burned out”, is because we tend to live stressed out, maxed out, lives. So, getting a handle on stress is critically important. No supplement will replace that.
There’s an awful lot of people out there who are just under such an enormous amount of stress. They just think that they can kind of compensate by staying up a little bit later, getting up a little earlier. Of course, that’s not true. The opposite is true. You need more sleep and you need good, deep, restorative, sleep.
You can’t supplement to help your adrenal glands and then go out and live maxed out,
stressed out, lives. Its going to get you one way or the other. So, learn a stress management technique. Whether its Yoga, meditation, prayer, walking, bio-feedback, etc. It’s a stressful world out there and we all need help.
